Three steps from inquiry to keys.
We never ask for your SIN or banking details through this website. Official leasing paperwork is handled separately and securely.

A background check
We speak with your employer to make sure the rent is comfortably covered, with previous landlords about your tenancy, and run a credit check to cover all bases.
Photo ID on file
We keep a copy of your government-issued photo ID on file. Then your three month trial begins.
We try you, you try us.
New renters start on a three month trial. If both sides are satisfied, the lease is extended in steps that suit your plans, and the rent does not change along the way.
3 months
A mutual trial
You try us as property managers, and we try you as a renter. No long commitment on day one.
6 to 12 months
Your first lease
If both sides are happy, we extend to a six to twelve month lease. The rent does not go up.
12 months
A longer stay
When that goes well, another twelve month extension follows, still at the same rate.
Every few years
Fair, rare increases
After that, rent rises only by a fair amount, once every couple of years.
